Due to work on existing electrical systems, candidates for this position must hold an Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) license or higher.
Job Appointment: Regular Full-Time

Job Summary
Facility Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, other core building systems such as lighting and plumbing, and commercial building equipment. This job requires expertise in a variety of building systems to identify and resolve operating conditions that may cause failures or inefficient operation. This job also involves performing building maintenance tasks that require mechanical expertise and skills, as well as the ability to enter and/or retrieve data from computer programs and applications.
